That's because at Detarus we listen to our customers, and make sure that all of our support solutions are correctly tailored to meet their expectations, and ensure they deliver the required results, everytime.
Helpdesk Support Facilities
Detarus can offer all healthcare organisations their own First or Second Tier Helpdesk facility from our purpose built offices based in Essex. Our helpdesk facility boasts a team of qualified individuals who are able to service approximately sixty calls per hour, with a 98 percent success rate. All support calls are logged and tracked accordingly, with reports at the end of each week showing our customer vital, end-user statistics. Many organisations do not have the resources available to man their own helpdesk, especially when you consider the cost of staff recruitment, training and wages. Which is why we maintain this service for our customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days of the year with skilled technical staff.
Resource Management
Outsourcing infrastructure,systems, or support management to Detarus removes the problem of recruitment, retention, and training of technical staff. We ensure that your IT infrastructure is maintained to the highest possible standards, as you would expect from your own internal IT department.

This solution provides PEACE OF MIND to customers who have a requirement to maintain an always-on service to their users. This particular solution can be part of a contract support agreement, or used as an entirely seperate service.
